Don J. Pool is a partner with Powell & Pool. He graduated cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a 1993 graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Don’s practice specializes in the litigation of commercial, bankruptcy, and real estate matters, and the enforcement of creditors’ rights. He is a member of the Central California Bankruptcy Association, California Receivers Forum, and is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of California, as well as the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal.
