Hanno T. Powell is the Managing Partner of Powell & Pool. He graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is a 1987 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. Hanno’s practice specializes in creditors’ remedies in Bankruptcy and State Courts, foreclosures, real estate, business transactions and problem loan workouts. He is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and foreclosure issues to members of the State Bar, financial institutions, universities, and real estate professionals.
